About Me

I am a software developer with 10 years of experience within the IT industry and a degree in Computer Science. When I am not playing with computers, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing hockey.

I have developed, supported and maintained software in many areas which includes transport planning, bingo and slot applications for major bingo and gambling chains in the UK, start up web applications and custom built ecommerce platforms.

Within my time working professionally, the languages and technologies I’ve developed with are: C#, C++, Cocos Studio, SQL, HTML, Javascript, JQuery, CSS, EmberJS, AngularJS, EntityFramework, Silverlight, WPF and .Net MVC, .Net Web API.

I spend a lot of my free time building solutions to problems, with both hardware and software. Raspberry Pis and Arduinos are cluttered around my desk and my soldering station is always out and prepared.

This website is an introduction into my world both professionally and not.

I have a few major projects on at the moment.

• Building a Featherweight fighting robot with on board telemetry
• Making an AI assistant with Raspberry Pis and no external services
• Two startup companies

I also have a few minor projects going as well, but the main one I invest any time is a Websocket, QR Code website that lets you send your clipboard from you device to the browser on your computer.
